Top-Up sessions are available to enrolled students at R100 per session. Saturday morning slots. When a minimum of 8 enrolled students book the same slot, the session runs.

Having trouble joining?

Cannot log into UMM platform

Check the email address you registered with. If you still cannot log in, WhatsApp +27 61 009 5548 immediately — do not wait until after the session starts.

Cannot find your session

Log into UMM platform and check My Sessions. If your module session is not listed, your UMM platform access may not have been activated. WhatsApp us with your name and module.

Audio or video issues during the session

Disconnect and rejoin. Use earphones if possible. If the issue persists, switch to audio-only. Your facilitator is aware of potential technical issues and will not leave you behind.

If something goes wrong tonight

I cannot find my session in UMM platform — what do I do?

First check you are logged in with the correct email address — the one you used when enrolling, not a different account. If you are logged in correctly and your module session is not listed, your UMM platform access may not have been fully activated. WhatsApp +27 61 009 5548 immediately with your name and module — do not wait until after the session starts.

My audio is not working in the session.

Leave the session and rejoin — this fixes most audio issues. If it persists, try a different browser (Chrome works best on the UMM platform). Switch to earphones if possible. If your microphone is the issue, you can participate via the text chat — your facilitator will still see your Drill submissions and leaderboard activity.

I am going to miss tonight's session — will I lose access?

No. The session recording is available in your UMM platform dashboard within 30 minutes of the session ending. The AI summary is also sent to your registered email. Missing one session does not affect your enrolment or your access for the rest of the month.

My facilitator has not started the session and it is 5 minutes past 19:00.

Stay in the session room — do not leave. Technical delays happen. If the session has not started by 19:10, WhatsApp +27 61 009 5548 and we will investigate and communicate with the group immediately.

I paid but I still do not have UMM platform access.

WhatsApp +27 61 009 5548 with your name, module, and proof of payment. Access is activated within 2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours. If you paid outside business hours, activation happens first thing the following morning. You will not miss a session you have paid for.

Can I watch a session I missed on any device?

Yes. Session recordings are available in your UMM platform dashboard on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop. Log in at learn.unimathsmastery.com with your registered email and find the recording under My Sessions.
