WhatsApp your link directly to students you know who are in WTW 114, WTW 124, WTW 158, WTW 164, STK 110, or WST 111. Personal messages convert far better than group blasts. Start with three people you actually know.

When a student you referred completes their first payment, R300 is recorded to your account automatically via GoAffPro. You are paid by the 5th of the following month via PayShap — no claim required.

Days 2–3 — follow up once on anyone who did not respond

One follow-up. Not three. Your relationship matters more than any single referral.

If you see clicks but no conversions — students are considering. The first session is Tuesday. They will decide after experiencing it.

How it works in practice

Affiliate questions answered

Your GoAffPro dashboard shows every click on your referral link in real time — including the date, time, and whether that click converted to an enrolment and payment. You do not need to ask anyone. The dashboard tells you. If you see zero clicks after three days of sharing, WhatsApp us — something may be wrong with the link itself.
On or before the 5th of the calendar month following the month in which the qualifying payment was received. If a student you referred pays in April, you receive R300 on or before 5 May. Payments are made via PayShap to the number you registered with. No claim required — it is automatic.
First payment only. A student clicking your link does not earn commission. A student enrolling does not earn commission. A student completing their first full payment of R800 earns you R300. This is clearly stated in your affiliate agreement. It protects UMM's revenue and ensures your commission reflects genuine conversion, not casual browsing.
No. Zero minimum. Refer one student this month and earn R300. Refer none and earn nothing. There is no pressure, no target, and no consequence for low activity. The programme rewards performance without punishing inactivity.
Yes, with one exception: you may not self-refer — creating a student account using your own referral link. Referring a friend, a classmate, or a family member who is genuinely a UP first-year STEM student is valid and encouraged. Your personal recommendation is the most effective referral available.
If a referred student's first payment is refunded or reversed, the commission on that referral is not payable. Subsequent months' payments from the same student do not generate additional commission — the R300 is a one-time payment per student.
Yes. Many UMM team members facilitate sessions and refer students simultaneously. Your facilitator rate and your affiliate commission are tracked and paid separately. There is no conflict.
WhatsApp +27 61 009 5548 before the 28th of the month with your updated number. Changes received after the 28th take effect from the following month's payout.
